Christmas Eve till Boxing Day, the first time staying and celebrating in a hotel... From the time of arrival till the departure, excellent service by all members of staff. Wonderful time over Christmas, choir, reception drinks, dinner etc all excellent.

We organised our business Christmas party at Oulton Hall again and will do it next year as well. Everything was brilliant. The food was great and the service was amazing as usual. Had a wonderful night’s sleep. All the public rooms looked beautiful, as were the gardens.

Attended a work Christmas party at the hotel and had a brilliant time. The waiting staff were very professional & efficient, particularly Marta who did nothing but smile. She's a credit to her team.
