Champagne bar I was served by Chris and Issam absolutely second to None service they was absolutely fantastic very nice polite professional gave us free bar snacks and very helpful

Really nice looking hotel of character with good rooms, lovely views, excellent restaurant and the spa has a nice big pool with Jacuzzi. The staff are the best bit, the receptionists were very helpful and the restaurant staff were great, especially Oliver and Lillian. They made it a special experience for our family celebration.

Excellent experience, from parking with ease, to lovely atmoshere and food was delicious. The staff were excellent, friendly, professional, and efficient, especially Lillian, who was exceptional.

Spoken with a lovely receptionist today called Hayley Parker she was very jolly and lovely to speak with. Would love to have met her in person, but she doesn’t work weekends when we arrive. Hopefully if we return mid week we will meet her . She was very interested in our dog that we are bringing along with us, and ensured us that our dog will be very welcome 😊

Oulton hosted us for our medics’ graduation ball and put on a fantastic night. Everything ran smoothly and the staff were lovely. Would like to shout out Charlotte, Liv, Kerry, Taneka, Connor, Ruby, Vicki, Imogen, Lola, Livvie, Lilly, Libby, Adam, Cuba, Janine and Robbie for all their hard work.

Lovely Hotel, beautiful surroundings , had a fantastic stay , and the meal was amazing in the Calverley Grill. Would like to mention the pre arrival call by a lady called Hayley who worked on reception, very helpful and a pleasure to speak to , she helped to confirm all our details of our stay.. We look forward to returning in September

Recently attended the hotel as part of my Graduation Ball! Staff were absolutely incredible and made such a massive effort to ensure everything went smoothly! They were all very polite and professional. The hotel and the grounds were lovely and I would highly recommend. Outstanding venue and an exceptional events team! Had the pleasure of organising and attending a large, multi-day event at Oulton Hall, and I cannot praise the team highly enough! From the very beginning, Vicki and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we had the most memorable few days celebrating. We spent three days and two nights at Oulton Hall, hosting our Graduation Ball and end-of-university celebrations. Over the months leading up to the event, several of us visited regularly to discuss plans and preparations, and the support we received throughout was exceptional. The team was able to advise us thoroughly on what would work best and to iron out all the small details. On the first evening, we welcomed 154 guests for a buffet BBQ and entertainment. The transition between the dining experience and the evening entertainment was seamless, and the atmosphere created by the team was fantastic. Every member of staff was cheerful, professional, and genuinely invested in making the event a success. We are incredibly grateful to Kerry, Charlotte, Taneka, Ruby, Connor and Liv, who worked tirelessly throughout the evening and were an absolute pleasure to work with. The second evening was an even larger undertaking, with 278 guests attending a three-course dinner across two rooms, alongside an additional event space. Despite the scale and complexity of the event, the service was flawless. Everything ran smoothly, transitions between the different areas were effortless, and every request was accommodated with professionalism and efficiency. The team gave us complete confidence that everything was under control, allowing us to relax and enjoy the evening – knowing they could handle any issues that arose. We were fortunate to have Kerry, Charlotte, Taneka, Ruby, Connor and Liv supporting us again, alongside Imogen, Lola, Livvie, Lilly, Libby, Adam, Cuba and Janine. Every member of the team remained friendly, positive and eager to help, despite managing such a busy service. A special mention must go to Charlotte, whose proactive approach and attention to detail were outstanding. She often anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. The evening operations each night, led by Kerry, were particularly impressive. The team were attentive, caring and incredibly solution focused. Any challenge that arose was handled quickly and professionally, and often they had already identified and resolved potential issues before they ever reached us. Their experience, organisation and commitment were evident throughout. Several members of staff even arrived early to make sure the event ran without a hitch. Overall, our experience at Oulton Hall exceeded all expectations. The staff looked after us brilliantly and played a huge part in making our Graduation Ball and final university celebrations so special. We would also like to thank Stuart, Robbie, and all the other staff members who contributed behind the scenes and all those whose names we may not have managed to note down. Thank you to everyone for your hard work, kindness and dedication over the three days. The event simply would not have been the success it was without you. You made our lives easier, created an incredible atmosphere for our guests, and helped deliver memories that we will cherish for years to come.

I called the hotel today to arrange afternoon tea for my 90 year old aunt who has a lot of special requirements and dietary needs, I was very anxious until a lovely lady by the name of Hayley Parker put my mind at ease and met all my aunts needs, then went above and beyond and even offered to place a balloon and a card on the table which I thought was lovely.

I had a call from a lady called Hayley. She was very helpful an asked if we would like an upgrade and gave us lots of information. She was a delight to talk too very polite and very professional Looking forward to our stay and hopefully meeting this lovely lady called Hayley, thank you so much for the curtesy call

Lovely call today from Hayley at reception, she sorted out our early check in and dinner reservation, we also upgraded to a suite can’t wait for our stay at weekend.. looks fabulous

We held our annual charity golf day at Oulton Hall yesterday and we cannot thank the team enough for making the day such a great success! Tom and Simon from the golf team and Charlotte, Taneka and Adam in the clubhouse were all brilliant and helped the day run very smoothly. WE will definitely be back next year!

Met hayley today on reception, she helped organise our afternoon tea for our family and over night stay Hayley and the reception team are a real assist to the company , straight away, smiles as soon as you enter the Hotel. We even got a read heart balloon and card in our room for our anniversary which was a beautiful touch

Just come back from a lovely over night stay with my husband to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. Hayley P from reception called to book our dinner reservation , and also arranged with my husband a romantic love package added to the room . Such a lovely touch and it really made it special. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Just come back from a stay for my in laws wedding, the reception team couldn't do enough for us , they looked after our luggage until checkin time, and even delivered our luggage to our room. Would like to mention Hayley Parker who called ahead to ask if we needed anything arranging, informed us of the upgrade offers , which we obviously took full advantage off . Will definitely come back, thank you all again!

Had a lovley stay at oulton hall hotel, the reception team are very welcoming , so far the best out of the hotels collection as I do a lot of travelling. Big shout out to Hayley on the front desk and for organising our dinner.
